Our beautiful, newly-renovated farmhouse is now available for Tuscany vacation rentals of one week or more. It is located in the charming non-touristy Maremma area of Southern Tuscany (2 hours north of Rome, 1 1/2 hours south of Siena), conveniently located mid-way between the sea and Lake Bolsena. There are a dozen or more small hill towns and villages within 15-30 minutes of the house in any direction. The house is very private and has a commanding view of the Tuscan hills and valleys surrounding it. From its timbered ceiling to its brick arches, stuccoed walls, terra cotta floors and terrace for sipping wine and watching the sunset, we think you will fall in love with our special retreat.

Enjoy fresh vegetables from local farmers and wine from the neighboring vineyards. You'll be within ten minutes of the thermal springs of Saturnia and five minutes from the village of Manciano, in the heart of an area filled with Etruscan history.

You will need a rental car and must be comfortable in an area of Italy where most people do NOT speak English. (This provides for some great vacation adventures and wonderful stories for when you get back home!)

Only 950€ per week...

for everything including bed and bath linens and all cleaning charges. The kitchen is fully equipped with new applicances, dishware, cooking utensils, etc. The bathroom is also brand new. There is no extra cleaning fee, but there is a security deposit of 200€ which we return to you immediately after after your departure if there are no damages. Children are welcome but pets are not. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
